Systematically replacing `detail::enable_if_t<...smart_holder...>` with…

Systematically replacing `detail::enable_if_t<...smart_holder...>` with `typename std::enable_if<...smart_holder...>::type`. Attempt to work around MSVC 2015 issues, to be tested via GitHub CI.
