The property returns the enum_ value as a string.
For example:

>>> import module
>>> module.enum.VALUE
enum.VALUE
>>> str(module.enum.VALUE)
'enum.VALUE'
>>> module.enum.VALUE.name
'VALUE'

This is actually the equivalent of Boost.Python "name" property.
